Luminare https://luminare.net.au/ in South Melbourne was the chosen venue for the unveiling of the latest offering from car manufacturing giant, Range Rover. The 2014 Range Rover Sport promises to have a lighter, more dynamic chassis than its more upmarket sibling. The use of Jaguar’s aluminium chassis, means that this lighter version will have shed an extraordinary 400 kgs, whilst still retaining all its other mod cons, bells and whistles.
A stellar crowd of the monied, creative, fashionable and the plain über fabulous paraded with excitement through the launch, applauding the final unveil. The moment happened as the Range Rover was driven out of a shipping container. Gasps of admiration audibly heard, even with the thundering applause. The food offering by ‘posh’ caterers, The Big Group delectable and the event festive, aided by the copious amounts of Veuve Cliquot that was lavished on the guests.
Amongst the fashion standouts, Rebecca Judd in J’Aton custom piece, Heidi Middleton of Sass and Bide in metallic jacket and accessories, Richard Nylon who shaped his moustache in homage to the vehicle, Gwendolynne Burkin wearing her own design. Also seen great lady of words and genius fashion commentator, Janice Breen Burns and Alan Nelson, wine distributor and man about town. Seen capturing the stylish attendees, Anthony Licuria of APL Photography.

Nice photos. Really like the variety of shots, such as models, visitors, car and creative car shots. You’re a true artist.
