RAFW is an industry only event, and 2011 is the first year COVET has attended. The COVET team, in association with APL PHOTOGRAPHY have been deeply immersed in all things fashion this week. From attending the shows, to VIP exclusive parties, it seems that Sydney is the place to be!

The Overseas Passenger Terminal, and the Cargo Theatre, at Circular Quay is where most shows are located. Teamed with beautiful views of the Sydney Opera House, and super stylish fashionistas, the atmosphere at RAFW is sexy, sophisticated and fashion forward.

Bec & Bridge

Favourite looks:

Becky and Bridget have done in again. This collection epitomises trendy, young, chic, and cool. Lots of colour, 70’s influence, sleek lines, and knits make this collection deliciously wearable.

Sara Phillips

Favourite Looks:

This collection was a mixture of wild prints, sheer separates, and block colouring meshed with intricate detailing. The reptilian feel of the show was enhanced with super cool, slicked back hair, which gave the impression the models had emerged from the swamp.

Little Joe Woman

Favourite Looks:

Inspired by the sexy 70’s, the Little Joe Woman collection was mixed with soft flowing lines and textures, and tough structured leather pieces. Hair was very sexy, middle parted and waved, and accessories were in abundance. My particular favourite was the oversized, gold cross necklaces, which adorned many of the models throughout the show. Super cool.
