By accessing the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to APL PHOTOGRAPHY.
Ordering Goods
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase goods from our website. You may make purchases via our Website by selecting and placing your order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and as directed on our Website. Any order placed by you in the manner described in our Website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price specified on our Website at the time you place your order.
You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay and accept delivery of the goods or services ordered. Any order placed by you is subject to your compliance with any specific limitations shown on our Website. You warrant that all details you provide to us when placing an order are current, correct and complete, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that your nominated credit or debit card will cover the full cost of the purchase.
We reserve the right to reject your order for products or services purchased through the Website for any reason, including but not limited to if the products or services are not available, if there is an error in the description or price of the requested products or services as advertised on the Website or if there is an error in your order.

Pricing
All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices displayed on the Website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
Payments
We use the Stripe secure payment services, and can accept payment via Stripe using VISA, Mastercard or Debit Card. If you would like to make a payment via Direct Debit, please contact us for details. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
Refunds & Returns
We offer custom designed products that are hand-crafted in Italy, therefore we do not offer refunds or returns on any products. We ask that you check the final draft of the design carefully as this is final.
Variations
As our Albums are hand-made products, there may be some very slight variations in the final colour, design and size of each individual piece. There will be no refund or return accepted for items that vary slightly from the description or image of the product on our website.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact our Client Relations team at info@aplphotography.com.au. A cancellation fee may apply. We do not allow cancellations to be made once an order has been sent to print.
Image Usage
APL Photography provide print and design services on the condition that these services are being printed for personal use only. By placing an order through our site as a retail customer, you are explicitly confirming your status as the copyright owner of the images you have submitter or you have approval to use these images from the legal owner of the copyright of the images. It is your responsibility to ensure that you own the copyright or have approval to use the images you provide to us for printing. We will not be held liable for failure to read our Terms of Use.
License Grant
In order for APL Photography to provide you with your ordered Products and to provide the Service, we need certain rights to do so. As such, by posting any Photographs/Content on the Service, you expressly grant, and you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant, to APL Photography, solely for providing or improving the Service (for example, so we can have your images formatted and printed, or so we can provide you with support) a royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of all such Photographs/Content and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your Photographs/Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for use in connection with the Service.
Gift Certificates
APL Photography offers Gift Certificates that can be purchased and redeemed through the APL Website. Purchasing or using Gift Certificates establishes acceptance of the APL Photography’s Terms and Conditions.
Gift Certificates have 24 month expiration date and APL PHOTOGRAPHY
